- You will be responsible for the monthly payroll accounting, taking into account all tax and social security requirements for the entire workforce
- In addition, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruiting process, from advertising and coordination to conducting professional job interviews
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for general personnel administration, including the legally compliant preparation of employment contracts, certificates and other personnel-related documents and correspondence
- the professional handling of incoming and outgoing mail as well as theoutgoing mail as well as the structured organisation and coordination of internal and external appointments are also part of your tasks
- as part of your job, you support the management as a competent contact person for all labour law issues and complex payroll accounting issues
- finally, you are responsible for maintaining the personnel master data and ensure complete documentation and smooth communication with social security institutions and offices
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or personnel services clerk (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in human resources and ideally have already successfully applied specific knowledge in payroll accounting
- You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, will distinguish you in the daily processing of your diverse tasks
- You have a native level of written and spoken German and communicate confidently and precisely with all internal and external contacts
- Furthermore, you bring a high degree of discretion and reliability as well as a strong service orientation in dealing with different internal contacts
- Finally, you are an absolute organisational talent and always work in a structured manner, detailed and with a high demand on the quality of your own work results
