Job description

  • You are the contact person for personnel-related questions and support for time recording
  • You are responsible for preparing and creating payroll accounting
  • You are responsible for maintaining personnel master data
  • You are also responsible for placing job advertisements incl. You are also responsible for placing job adverts, including applicant management
  • You take care of the processing of entries and exits
  • You provide support with social security and payroll tax audits

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or have a degree in human resources or business administration
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of labour law, social security and payroll tax law
  • You are confident in using MS Office
  • Good written and spoken German skills, social security and payroll tax law
  • You are confident with MS Office and SAP SuccessFactors
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German
  • Structure, reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
