Job description

  • You will plan and coordinate personnel assignments, maintain an overview of deployment plans at all times and support the team with administrative tasks relating to personnel management
  • In close coordination with our project managers, you will schedule internal and external specialist personnel for the successful implementation of customer projects
  • You will be responsible for maintaining contact with a large number of subcontractors:You will book them independently and continue to expand your network in a targeted manner
  • You will be responsible for assessing and evaluating external personnel service providers and ensuring a high quality of cooperation
  • You will conscientiously handle any correspondence and accompanying administrative tasks
  • As a second focus, you will support our project managers and account managers:and account managers in the submission of tenders and are responsible for the correct submission of tenders and the associated accompanying documents

Requirements

  • You have commercial training as a personnel planner (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training
  • You are confident in using MS Office
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and a good way of expressing yourself
  • Open-mindedness for new things characterises your working style and contributes to a modern organisational culture
