- You will cut and engrave tubes according to specifications, ensuring precision and a smooth process
- With your expertise, you will operate and set up the tube bending machines so that they are optimally prepared for the respective task
- You will use your experience to shape the workpieces to a precise fit when collaring tubes
- You will independently set up and weld the assemblies and ensure stable, high-quality results, high-quality results
- You use your analytical thinking to identify machine malfunctions, identify their causes and optimise the processes through fine-tuning
- After processing, you check the individual parts by visual and dimensional inspection in accordance with the specifications
Requirements
- You have completed training in the field of metal technology or have a comparable qualification
- You apply your knowledge and experience in tube processing - from sawing, bending and collaring through to setting up and welding - confidently in your day-to-day work
- With a good understanding of tools and machines, you apply your technical expertise in a targeted manner
