- Your area of responsibility includes troubleshooting and fault localisation for various heating systems such as gas heating systems, heat pumps, radiant heaters and underfloor heating
- You accompany specialist companies during maintenance work and ensure a smooth process
- In the case of ventilation and air conditioning systems, you take care of troubleshooting and fault isolation and also accompany specialist companies during maintenance
- You reliably clean and replace filters on ventilation and air and air conditioning units
- You will carry out typical janitorial sanitary work such as replacing taps or siphons independently
- Supporting activities such as assisting with DGUV V3 inspections of mobile devices and troubleshooting the automatic conveyor system are also part of your job
- You will routinely replace and renew components on conveyor systems
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as a HVAC plant mechanic (m/f/d)
- You have ideally acquired an electrotechnical qualification for specified activities (EFKffT) during your training
- Knowledge of hydrants and sprinkler systems is advantageous and will help you with special maintenance tasks
- Practical experience in the field of maintenance is an advantage for you, but not a prerequisite for your entry
- Ideally, you will have a driving licence and your own car
- Good written and spoken German skills will ensure confident communication in everyday life
- You already have a valid work permit for Germany
