Job description

  • You operate the switchboard and ensure a friendly first contact at the site
  • You brief guests, plant visitors and lorry drivers professionally and are the contact person for all concerns
  • You carefully check loading documents so that processing and documentation run smoothly

  • Coordination and implementation of first aid measures are part of your responsible tasks
  • You manage and coordinate alarm measures in accordance with the emergency plan - e.g. fire brigade, police, rescue service, ambulance service, etc.

  • You manage various control books and lists in a structured manner and ensure complete documentation

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training in the security sector - this is preferred - and have relevant further training
  • You have successfully completed further training as a first aider (m/f/d) and as a company paramedic (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable function within an industrial company make you a professional
  • Willingness to work alternating shifts and flexibility in terms of time (early, and night shifts) are a matter of course for you
  • Performance, organisational skills and assertiveness distinguish you as well as very good language skills
  • Reliability and helpfulness are central values for you
  • Very good knowledge of Excel as well as good knowledge of other MS Office products and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of written and spoken English round off your profile
