- You clean and degrease the metal parts thoroughly before coating, usually by machine or with the help of chemicals
- Carefully mask all areas that are not to be coated, by masking or covering them
- In addition, you operate the spray gun and apply the powder coating using electrostatic technology
- During the coating process, you precisely monitor the temperature, powder quantity and distance
- You carry out quality control on your own responsibility
- You regularly maintain and service the system with your commitment
Requirements
- You have a technical apprenticeship, for example as a painter and varnisher (m/f/d), or have professional experience in this field
- with your experience in industrial painting techniques, ideally in the field of powder coating, you are convincing in your day-to-day work
- in addition, you have a confident command of written and spoken German
- your precise work ensures the highest quality in coating and masking
- your physical resilience distinguishes you in particular in your daily tasks
- a valid work permit rounds off your profile
