- You will set up, start up and operate production systems professionally - using your technical know-how in a targeted manner
- You will continuously monitor and optimise the entire production process to ensure the highest quality
- You will independently identify and eliminate errors and ensure a smooth production process
- You will instruct production employees and support them in all relevant tasks
- You will carry out maintenance work responsibly, to guarantee the functionality of the systems
- Quality assurance of the manufactured items is also your responsibility
- You carefully document all production processes and check their compliance
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a process mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable skilled worker training
- You have several years of experience and sound knowledge in plastic injection moulding processing and the associated processes
- Experience with systems from Arburg, Krauss Maffei, Haitian are an advantage for you
- You have basic knowledge of mould technology and preferably programming knowledge of removal systems
- You are willing to work shifts
- Good written and spoken German skills allow you to coordinate and document clearly
- You have a valid work permit
- Loyalty, team spirit and commitment round off your profile
