• You will carefully prepare production materials and machines for use and thus create the basis for a smooth start to production
• You will independently set up production machines - such as calenders and Auma - based on the specified operating parameters and adapt them precisely to the respective production requirements
• You will be responsible for the correct loading of the systems and the proper set-up and dismantling of the machines
• You will manage the production machines according to the specifications and thus ensure smooth and dismantling of the machines are your responsibility
• You operate the production machines in accordance with the specifications and thus ensure a smooth and trouble-free process
• You carefully check semi-finished products - both by visual inspection and using an error catalogue - and thus ensure quality
• You prepare finished semi-finished products for transport or storage and consistently pay attention to order and safety

• You have completed training in an industrial, technical or skilled trade - ideally as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d)
• You have already gained your first professional experience in production and in handling machines and systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, to implement work instructions safely
• Working in a full-continuous shift system is no problem for you - you are prepared to work early,
• technical understanding and manual dexterity are among your strengths
• you are physically fit and can also reliably tackle demanding tasks
• you enjoy working in a team and at the same time work responsibly and independently
