• You will develop new products and continuously improve our existing portfolio - actively driving innovative solutions and sustainable progress
• In the laboratory, you will take responsibility for research tasks, carefully document your results and support projects with your analytical approach
• by working closely with production, product management, sales and quality departments, you effectively contribute your scientific and technical expertise to interdisciplinary teams
• in the collection, management and presentation of measurement data and R&D projects, you ensure structured and comprehensible results
• through the development and establishment of analytical methods and their integration into manufacturing processes, you play a decisive role in shaping our quality management and process optimisation

• You have a degree (Bachelor or Master) in biology, (bio)chemistry or a similar scientific field
• Theoretical and practical knowledge in the development, production and application of membranes as well as experience with immunological and molecular biological test systems characterise you
• In dealing with SEM, microscopy and wet technical analyses and enjoy practical laboratory work
• After appropriate training, you will conscientiously maintain our product database and work confidently with DIN ISO 13485
• Your hands-on mentality and your ability to think "out-of-the-box", "out-of-the-box" thinking enrich our team
• You naturally bring team spirit and strong communication skills with you
• You also impress in an international context with a good command of English and a systematic way of working
