• You are the first point of contact for our existing customers and provide them with comprehensive support in all matters
• You are responsible for expanding their product portfolio and supporting them in all matters relating to our products
• From the first customer enquiry to initial production, you take over product management and ensure that all requests are reliably implemented
• You flexibly process ongoing enquiries and special requests from existing customers, so that their satisfaction is always guaranteed
• You create customised offers specifically according to the needs and ideas of your customers
• You take new product requirements from an existing customer as an opportunity for a personal consultation, develop a suitable concept in collaboration with the R&D department and ultimately present a tailored offer that meets the requirements

• You have a degree in oecotrophology or a comparable academic qualification
• You actively contribute your expertise to project meetings and find pragmatic solutions, even when short-term changes are required
• Your way of working is characterised by a high affinity for food supplements or a keen interest in nutrition and ingredients
• You have several years of professional experience in product management or in direct customer support in the food sector
• You have business fluent English skills and use them confidently in international contacts
• Knowledge of another foreign language, for example Russian, is an advantage for you and facilitates communication
