- You will be responsible for smooth order processing in the area of factory repairs, new production and retrofitting in compliance with given specifications
- In addition, you are responsible for the detailed planning and availability checks of materials as well as the timely release of production orders
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the provision of all necessary production documents for for production and documenting these carefully in the system
- You will also ensure that the prefabricated assemblies and deliveries are fed into the production process in accordance with the scheduling agreed with the specialist departments
- As part of your role, you will actively support strategic and operational missing parts management, to avoid delays in the production process
- Finally, you will be responsible for the completion of technical orders and contribute to the further development of the fine control of production
Requirements
- You have completed further training in a technical or commercial field, for example as an industrial foreman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) - mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification
- In addition, you have several years of professional experience in production or manufacturing as well as in the indirect sector, preferably in a plant engineering or mechanical engineering company
- You have a sound knowledge of SAP R3, especially in the PP and CS modules, characterise you and you can apply this routinely in your everyday work
- German language skills very good to good in spoken and written as well as very good written and spoken English skills are required for smooth communication
- Afterwards you are willing to travel occasionally to coordinate with other locations or suppliers:
- You have a valid work permit and residence in Germany in order to be able to carry out the activities without legal restrictions
