For our client, a medium-sized company in the EPP processing sector for the automotive industry in Ohrdruf, we are looking for you as Assistant Production Controlling (m/f/d) as part of a temporary employment contract with an option to be taken on.

Job description

  • The analysis and targeted control of current production costs and the associated processes fall entirely within your area of responsibility
  • In addition, you will be responsible for close cycle time control and continuous scrap tracking to optimise the value chain
  • Furthermore, you will actively support the implementation of detailed target/actual comparisons and the well-founded analysis of deviations within complex production structures
  • The more efficient design of our production by identifying optimisation potential is also part of your daily exciting challenges

  • As part of your work, you will independently prepare precise profitability calculations for new investments and thus directly support the respective departments

Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) with further training as a controller (m/f/d) forms your basis
  • In addition, you have initial relevant professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with a strong focus on cost centre accounting and production control
  • In-depth knowledge of common ERP systemssystems as well as expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel characterise you particularly well for this challenging position
  • Skills in written and spoken German at native speaker level and a good command of English are essential for communication in an international corporate environment
  • Furthermore, you bring a high level of analytical high level of analytical thinking and a strong affinity for numbers for complex production-related contexts
