- You will be responsible for operating various machines and systems in the production area
- In addition, you will be responsible for feeding the systems with workpieces
- Furthermore, you will supervise the execution of various assembly activities for joining assemblies
- Finish assembly of high-quality shock absorbers is also part of your daily tasks
- as part of your job, you will support the monitoring of ongoing production processes

Requirements
- You do not need any training or special previous knowledge for this simple helper job - as a career changer (m/f/d) you are very welcome and will receive a comprehensive induction
- In addition, you will have initial sound professional experience in the metalworking industry, which will make it easier for you to get started
- You are characterised by your confident knowledge of technical drawings and this will help you in your day-to-day work
- You are absolutely confident in using measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometre screws and can work precisely
- You are willing to to work in a 3-shift system, as flexible working hours are essential for this role
- German language skills of at least B2 level in spoken and written are essential so that you can reliably understand work instructions
- You must have a valid work permit and be resident in Germany
- A high level of teamwork, diligence and reliability round off your profile
