For our client, a large plastics and medical technology company in Oldenburg, we are looking for you as a Production Employee (m/f/d) as part of the temporary employment with takeover option.

Job description
- You will be responsible for the professional assembly and packaging of various plastic products
- In addition, you will be responsible for assembly and simple operation
- Furthermore, you will supervise the visual inspection of the produced parts according to quality specifications
- You will also be responsible for documenting the quantities produced
- As part of your role, you will assist with general preparatory work
- Finally, you will be responsible for keeping your workplace clean and tidy
Requirements
- As a career changer (m/f/d) you are very welcome, as you will receive a comprehensive induction
- In addition, you have initial practical experience in the commercial sector
- German language skills of at least B1 level in spoken and written form characterise you
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system, as this role requires flexible working hours and shift readiness
- You have a valid work permit and residency in Germany in order to be able to carry out the activities without legal restrictions
- You also have a high degree of reliability and team spirit
- You always work very conscientiously and with concentration
