- Weigh raw materials for production orders accurately and ensure correct dosing at all times
- In your area of responsibility, you operate and monitor the production facilities with care and technical understanding
- You reliably ensure GMP-compliant documentation and compliance with all relevant regulations
- You carry out technical adjustments independently, This enables a smooth production process
- You provide containers with foresight and thus support the material flow throughout production
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed training as a baker (m/f/d), confectioner (m/f/d) or chef (m/f/d)
- Experience in production is an advantage for you, but you are also welcome as a career changer:in are very welcome here
- Your German language skills are at least at B2 level, which means you can easily understand and implement work instructions
- With your willingness to work in a 3-shift system, you can respond flexibly to production requirements
- Reliable and safe calculation is a matter of course for you and forms the basis of your daily tasks
- You consistently comply with hygiene regulations and thus create a clean and safe workplace
- You have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
