Job description

  • You coordinate the day-to-day business and control the production processes by keeping an eye on productivity, adherence to deadlines and optimum quality at all times
  • You reliably ensure machine availability, coordinate all maintenance work and react competently to technical faults
  • You organise the production dispatch process and ensure the quality of all outgoing goods
  • You take responsibility for personnel deployment planning, manage the team and take care of employee qualifications
  • continuously optimise and develop manufacturing processes and workflows between production and work preparation

Requirements

  • You have completed technical training, ideally as a master craftsman or journeyman, and have several years of experience in production and personnel management, Preferably from the carpentry trade
  • You are characterised by your technical understanding and have a structured approach to complex tasks
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German
  • You have a valid work permit for working in Germany
  • Your leadership skills and strong communication skills make you a convincing personality who motivates and sustainably develops your team
