• You will manage production in the area of cam-controlled and CNC-controlled multi-spindle machines
• You will lead and motivate your team, create shift schedules and be the contact person for technical questions.
• You will also be responsible for monitoring production processes, ensuring quality and occupational safety and optimising set-up times and processes
• You will be responsible for the operational readiness and maintenance of our high-precision systems
• You will work closely with management and work preparation to achieve delivery deadlines and targets
• You will contribute to the technological development of the machinery and provide support with investment decisions and projects

• You have completed training as a fitter (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d), ideally with further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have sound experience in the operation and programming of multi-spindle automatic lathes (cam and/or CNC-controlled)
• You also have experience in managing employees
• Reading and understanding technical drawings is a matter of course for you
• Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
