• You will be responsible for the management of a sub-area as well as the strategic development of the multi-stage production areas for electronic components to ensure sustainable global competitiveness and product quality

• You have completed a commercial-technical apprenticeship in the field of electronics, mechatronics or ideally with further qualification as an electrical technician or
• a degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering or have a comparable qualification with sound technical expertise
• In addition, you have initial professional experience in a managerial role within electronics production, e.g. as a line and process manager as well as proven success in managing complex, labour-intensive production processes
• Your solid knowledge in the use of ERP systems, ideally ProAlpha, as well as initial experience in the application of lean management methods characterise your management profile
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a confident manner for communicating with all internal and external stakeholders
• Good English skills round off your profile
