• You will assume overall responsibility for the production area, in particular planning production, managing the entire order volume and monitoring all production processes
• You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are processed on time, economically and to a high quality
• You will be in charge of bottleneck management, in particular prioritising delivery bottlenecks, analysing disruptions and initiating appropriate corrective measures
• You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the approx. 100 employees in the production area as well as the areas of work preparation, dispatch and process optimisation. 100 employees in the area of production as well as the areas of work preparation, dispatch and process optimisation; this includes implementing disciplinary measures together with the management and the HR department
• you will be responsible for coordinating internal communication and the constant exchange with all interfaces to ensure and maintain a smooth process flow and optimise work organisation
• your tasks include personnel requirements planning, the selection and monitoring of new employeesand their assessment
• You are responsible for optimising production
• You report directly to the management

• You have completed a technical degree or alternatively technical vocational training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), plant mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with relevant further qualification such as a master craftsman (m/f/d)
• You have many years of professional experience in a managerial role in production, preferably in the field of plastics processing
• Good competences in terms of employee management and high social skills in dealing with employees are a matter of course for you
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, ERP systems) speak for you
