• You will be responsible for analysing the feasibility of the planned production processes and coordinating the timely implementation within production to ensure a smooth process
• In addition, you will be responsible for identifying and solving potential production obstacles as well as organising and monitoring the comprehensive material and production staging for seamless material availability
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for writing manually generated purchase requisitions and processing service entry sheets including professional invoice verification within your role.staging for seamless material availability

• Coordinating capacity planning and passing on all relevant information to the interfaces involved before the start of production are also part of your daily tasks
• As part of your job, you will support the input for project planning as well as capacity and detailed planning, making intensive use of the and detailed planning with intensive use of quantity structures and complex SAP data
• Finally, you will be responsible for comprehensive detailed production planning with targeted prioritisation based on the applicable production schedule as well as coordination and adaptation in the event of necessary design changes

• You have completed further training as a technician (m/f/d), industrial foreman (m/f/d) or technical vocational training as a metalworker (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have several years of professional experience in production planning or work preparation in an industrial company and are very familiar with the complex processes within a modern manufacturing environment
• Your confident knowledge of SAP and routine use of the common MS-Office applications to create capacity planning and quantity structures characterise you in your daily work
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for communication in an international technical environment
• You have a valid work permit and residence in Germany, in order to be able to carry out the activities without legal restrictions and without additional bureaucratic hurdles for our customer
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of analytical ability and problem-solving skills in order to always keep track of complex issues in production control
• Finally, you are assertive and work in an absolutely structured and reliable manner, ensuring smooth coordination between the various specialist departments and production at all times
