Job description

  • You plan raw materials and production, create process orders for production and filling as well as inventory bookings, evaluations, inventory maintenance and label printing
  • In addition, you track order confirmations and overdue orders, coordinate delivery dates and quantities and maintain changes
  • You take over office management for the production department including supporting activities in planning, execution and evaluation for site, operations and SC managers:Inside
  • You also maintain material master data in SAP, coordinate admissions and changes to material and supplier combinations and document raw material-related supplier documents
  • You work with ERP systems such as SAP, MS Office and planning-related tools on a daily basis to ensure that everyday production runs smoothly

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d), supplemented by sound professional experience in procurement and planning
  • You are also welcome as a career changer (m/f/d) with appropriate practical experience
  • Your sound knowledge of English will enable you to communicate smoothly in international teams
  • You also have good MS Office skills and are confident in using ERP systems such as SAP/S4 in the production and purchasing area
  • Your strong communication skills and customer orientation make you a reliable contact person:in
