• You will be responsible for the organisation and coordination of all relevant project components of the potential analysis and the workshop days, taking into account the applicable funding guidelines
• In addition, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of project-relevant resources as well as the complete documentation and processing of all project data
• Furthermore, you will supervise the preparation of various project documents and regularly present the contents of your projects to students and the relevant parent representatives
• The implementation of the potential analyses according to the Profil AC procedure is also part of your job,

• You have a degree with a pedagogical focus as a social pedagogue (m/f/d), educational scientist (m/f/d) or a comparable university degree as an education manager (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have relevant professional experience in project work and ideally certified training in the AC profile procedure for analysing potential
• You are confident in the common MS Office applications applications
• You have a native level of written and spoken German for communicating with customers and holding parents' evenings
• You have a valid class B driving licence and your own car
• Furthermore, you enjoy working with students:inside as well as strong communication skills for presentations
• Finally, you have a talent for organisation and always work in a structured and reliable manner when implementing the various practical vocational field trials as part of your projects
