• You will actively drive the introduction and continuous improvement of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) within Grid Technology Product Management, taking agile principles into account
• In addition, you will monitor all relevant transformation activities, ensure consistent compliance with the Scaled Agile Framework principles and intervene accordingly in the event of technical deviations
• Furthermore, you will coach managers, agile teams and key strategic roles in Lean-Agile principles to increase company-wide efficiency and joint goal achievement within the organisation
• as part of your role, you will independently plan and conduct various Scaled Agile Framework certification training courses for the internal workforce and provide expert support
• you will also moderate complex workshops, coach the operational ART execution and support the lean portfolio management in implementing the strategic guidelines of the entire company
• Furthermore, you support the management with regard to business agility and jointly coordinate the long-term strategy for the operational implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework
• Finally, you are responsible for evaluating the agile maturity levels and regularly report progress to the relevant stakeholders and the responsible management

• A completed technical or commercial degree as an industrial engineer (m/f/d), business economist (m/f/d) or computer scientist (m/f/d) within the regular period of study
• In addition, you have extensive practical experience with complex agile transformations and the successful implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework in an international industrial environment
• Your enthusiasm for agile practices and an existing SPC-certificate in the Scaled Agile Framework make you particularly suitable for this challenging position at the site
• You have sound knowledge in the areas of lean-agile leadership and change management and are familiar with the specific challenges of modern digitalised products
• Your excellent moderation and coaching skills are convincing and you manage it effortlessly, to inspire various stakeholders for the set agile goals in the long term
• You have native-level written and spoken German and fluent English skills for daily communication with customers:
