• You will take over the management of the Integrated Product Support (IPS) sub-project in the sales phase and control all associated activities
• In Bid Management IPS, you will be responsible for creating the bid specification, the quantity structure and a realistic schedule
• Analysing stakeholder requirements, analysing stakeholder requirements, issuing compliance statements and translating the scope of services into system requirements
• as the central interface between the IPS department and the overall project, you will ensure smooth coordination and transparency
• in discussions with external stakeholders - including the client and the stakeholders - including clients and contractors - you represent the IPS sub-project confidently
• you lead the IPS bid team professionally and actively represent the division in the relevant project organisations
• you coordinate the contributions of the specialist departments in a targeted manner and ensure a consistent, complete and resilient IPS, complete and resilient IPS offer

• You have successfully completed a technical or business degree, e.g. in mechanical engineering in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or shipbuilding, or a comparable qualification
• You already have several years of professional experience in project management and have managed your first projects or sub-projects independently
• Previous knowledge in the field of IPS - for example in logistical data management, technical documentation, training or spare parts management - is desirable
• Ideally, you have knowledge of bid management, requirements management or systems engineering
• You have a good command of project management methods and use them in a structured manner
• Very good written and spoken English skills as well as a confident manner and convincing presentation techniques distinguish you
• Experience from sales or tender projects and/or from Defence, defence, marine, military logistics or IPS/ILS are an advantage
• strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and the ability to create or develop efficient structures round off your profile
