• You will be responsible for the complete project management in the areas of plant construction, building services and heating/sanitation - you will manage and coordinate all processes from the preparation of quotations to the processing of supplements
• The management of the project and installation team is in your hands, as well as planning, advising and controlling work processes
• You will professionally invoice projects, track costs, quality and deadlines and actively implement supplementary management
• In contract award negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers:You will demonstrate negotiating skills and technical expertise
• technical checks of invoices as well as responsibility for rectifying defects and preparing project documentation are part of your portfolio of tasks
• you will conduct contract-related correspondence in accordance with legal requirements
• in maintaining components in the database and creating order parts lists and ensuring structured organisation
• As a project manager (m/f/d), you will assume sole responsibility for the entire project execution and combine both technical and commercial expertise

• You have a degree or a master craftsman qualification in supply engineering
• You have more than 3 years of relevant professional experience in technical and commercial project management
• With your experience in plant construction, building equipment as well as heating and sanitation, you fulfil the high professional and personal demands of the client
• commercial and technical know-how characterise you in day-to-day business
• specialist knowledge and additional qualifications in the relevant regulations (DIN, VOB, VDI, project management) are part of your portfolio
• You can competently and confidently handle contract-related correspondence in accordance with legal requirements
• Very good written, spoken and reading skills in German enable you to communicate and document professionally
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
