Job description

  • You will be responsible for independent and comprehensive communication with your tenants:internal legal departments and the tenant protection association to clarify legal issues
  • In addition, you are responsible for the cost-oriented and budget-compliant property management of the assigned property portfolios, taking into account the company's economic targets
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for the precise recording and continuous maintenance of all relevant tenant data within the digital data management tool to ensure high data quality

  • as part of your role, you will support the checking and prompt approval of incoming invoices and the structured processing of reported insurance claims on the building

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a property management assistant (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d) or alternatively as an insurance and financial investment clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in the field of property management and in-depth knowledge of the administration of residential properties
  • You have a sound knowledge of common MS Office applications and experience with specialised ERP systems.systems in the property industry characterise your daily work
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German in order to be able to communicate with tenants and authorities professionally and legally at all times:and authorities in a professional and legally compliant manner at all times
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of resilience and a structured way of working in order to maintain an overview even in stressful phases
  • Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and work in an absolutely responsible and with a strong entrepreneurial mindset in terms of sustainable property management
  • In addition to your professional expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany to fulfil this responsible position
