Job description

  • You will be responsible for the operational procurement and scheduling of materials and services to ensure that materials are always available
  • In addition, you will use your skills to obtain quotations, compare prices and independently negotiate prices and conditions with your suppliers
  • You will monitor delivery dates, check your order confirmations and keep an eye on stock levels and ranges of coverage - ideally in the ERP system
  • Your tasks also include maintaining and updating supplier and material master data; You will also create evaluations, statistics and reports for decisions in Purchasing
  • You will work together with Quality Management on complaints, support inventories and actively contribute to projects - for example on sustainability, supplier development or digitalisation

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), management assistant for wholesale and foreign trade (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
  • You are also very welcome as a career changer (m/f/d)
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in operational purchasing or scheduling and feel confident in dealing with suppliers
  • You are experienced with MS Office and enjoy working with ERP systems and other commercial applications
