Job description

  • You will be responsible for coordinating the requirements of our specialist departments, scheduling and processing orders and enquiries as well as carrying out ordering processes
  • You will be responsible for planning requirements, creating and evaluating comparisons of offers, processing order confirmations and clarifying any deviations
  • You will manage the documents accompanying the goods
  • You will be responsible for processing complaints, Complaints management and clarification of delivery deviations are also part of your remit
  • You take care of master data maintenance, invoice verification and approval as well as monitoring delivery dates and ensuring on-time delivery
  • The search for and selection of new or alternative suppliers rounds off your job profile

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • you have relevant professional experience in the field of purchasing
  • you are confident in using ERP systems and MS Office
  • you have a good command of English
  • you are able to work independently, have strong communication skills and are a team player
