Job description

  • You will be responsible for inventory management and for ensuring that series requirements are procured on time, including deadline tracking. tracking of deadlines
  • As the central interface to internal customer:You are available for all supply-related issues in the procurement of direct materials
  • You are responsible for determining stock levels to ensure the assembly process at the site
  • You recognise challenges and potential bottleneck situations at an early stage and maintain an appropriate response through a proactive approach
  • Prepare shop floor meetings (escalation of missing parts)
  • Monitor and maintain the MRP master data in the ERP system
  • Not least, you independently take care of supplier escalations (requirements, forecast, delivery times, prioritisation)

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship in the industrial sector, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) with a corresponding additional qualification as a business administrator (m/f/d), business economist (m/f/d) or a university degree in economics
  • You will benefit from several years of professional experience in purchasing
  • Ideally, you have very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • You have a good command of English
  • Strong communication skills, commitment and dedication speak for you
  • an independent, team-oriented and structured way of working rounds off your profile
