Job description

  • You will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • You will actively support the team in purchasing and accounting
  • You will carefully carry out invoice verification
  • With your initial contact, you will also provide reliable support to English-speaking customers


Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • In addition, you have professional experience in this field
  • Ideally, you also have knowledge of customs
  • Knowledge of English is desirable, as you work with international customers
  • Reliability and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you
