Job description

  • You are in daily contact with national and international suppliers by telephone and in writing and ensure the continuous availability of materials
  • You process order confirmations reliably and check all relevant data
  • You conduct target-oriented purchasing negotiations independently with the aim of optimise conditions for the company
  • Carefully select suitable suppliers and thus contribute to quality and efficiency in purchasing
  • Manage the monitoring and coordination of all deadlines and logistical processes for production orders directly from the operational purchasing side
  • Communication with production and project management is a matter of course for you - you ensure a smooth supply of materials for all ongoing projects

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office management assistant (m/f/d)
  • You have professional experience in purchasing or an operational environment and are familiar with the requirements for efficient material supply
  • A confident knowledge of MS Office and common HR systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Loga) will make your daily work easier
  • Very good written and spoken German skills will enable you to communicate confidently with international partners
  • You have a valid work permit
