Job description

  • Classical tasks such as master data maintenance, independent processing of invoices and evaluations will be taken over by you
  • You will be responsible for the exchange with suppliers and procure all important information and documents
  • You will take care of the conscientious processing of supplier complaints
  • You will support our buyers (m/f/d) by preparing negotiations
  • The occasional travel activities to our production sites or suppliers will round off your job profile
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of negotiations with suppliers and the suppliers rounds off your job profile


Requirements

  • Completed commercial training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), Management Assistant for Wholesale and Foreign Trade (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in the food sector
  • Know how to use Office programmes (especially knowledge of formulas in Excel) and basic knowledge of English
  • Your commitment and your willingness to learn and develop speak for you
  • You have social skills and are a team player
  • Your independent, structured and responsible way of working characterises you
