• You obtain quotations from suppliers and carefully check their conditions for price, quality and delivery terms
• You independently conduct price negotiations with existing and new suppliers to achieve optimal conditions
• You process orders in full, document all steps and ensure that goods arrive on time and in the right quantity
• You compare offers based on price-performance analyses and make well-founded decisions for placing orders
• You maintain master data and supplier contacts in the purchasing system, so that all processes remain efficient
• Process complaints and queries quickly and in a solution-orientated manner
• Continuously monitor open orders and track delivery dates to avoid bottlenecks

• You have a commercial apprenticeship
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in purchasing
• You are confident in using MS Office, and in the best case you are also familiar with an ERP system
• You are characterised by an independent and structured way of working
• You find it easy to make new contacts and communicate with suppliers
