Job description

  • You will be responsible for independently carrying out the operational purchasing of materials, machines and services
  • You will also be responsible for the selection, evaluation and continuous development of suppliers
  • You will be responsible for obtaining, comparison and negotiation of offers as well as the conclusion of framework agreements
  • processing complaints and ensuring an efficient solution
  • you contribute to the optimisation and standardisation of purchasing processes
  • you take care of the identification, analysis and implementation of savings potential within the group of companies
  • the preparation of offer comparisons, market analyses, documentation, presentations and protocols fall within your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in purchasing, ideally in the service or project business
  • You are confident in using MS Office
  • Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
  • Reliability, team spirit and strong negotiation and communication skills speak in your favour
  • Your analytical thinking skills, your structured way of working and a high level of initiative round off your profile
