For our client, a medium-sized company specialising in machine and fixture construction in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock, we are looking for you as Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) as part of the temporary employment with takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for independently ordering the required goods and services and ensuring the seamless availability of materials for production
  • In addition, you will be responsible for obtaining and comparing offers, taking into account quality standards and economic conditions
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for consistently monitoring delivery dates and stock levels and initiating the necessary corrective measures in good time in the event of deviations

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in the field of operational purchasing or materials management in a manufacturing company in the mechanical engineering sector
  • You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications and a modern ERP system, which characterises you as a competent personality in everyday work
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German for professional communication with the suppliers:internal and external partners
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of assertiveness and negotiating skills and convince with a structured and goal-oriented way of thinking
  • Finally, you are an absolute team player and always work reliably and independently to achieve the goals set in the purchasing team
