- You will be responsible for the operational processing of all ordering processes and thus ensure seamless material availability for all commercial and technical areas at all times
- In addition, you will be responsible for the careful entry of all relevant purchasing data into the merchandise management system and conscientiously maintain the master data of your assigned suppliers
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for all communication with the business partners:and proactively clarify discrepancies in delivery dates or quantity deviations to ensure a smooth process flow
- The control of incoming delivery notes and the comparison with the corresponding order confirmations is also part of your tasks for an error-free documentation of all processes
- As part of your job, you support the team in optimising internal purchasing processes and actively participate in the selection of new potential suppliers:
- Finally, you will be responsible for checking invoices on time and archiving all process-relevant documents in accordance with internal quality specifications for transparent tracking of all orders placed
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or management assistant for wholesale and foreign trade management (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in the field of operational purchasing and are very familiar with the support of various commercial departments
- Your solid knowledge of the common MS Office applications as well as in dealing with modern merchandise management systems characterise you for this versatile position. are what make you particularly suitable for this versatile position
- You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for written communication with customers
- Furthermore, you have a high level of negotiating skills and strong communication skills, to successfully represent the client's interests to the partner:successfully represent the interests of the customer to the partner
