• You will be responsible for the comprehensive monitoring of quality in ongoing production and ensure compliance with all technical standards through regular inspections
• In addition, you will be responsible for carrying out incoming goods inspections for deliveries from subcontractors and for raw material deliveries using modern measuring equipment
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing initial sample test reports and monitoring worker self-monitoring, to ensure complete documentation of the production steps throughout the company
• You will also be responsible for carrying out outgoing goods inspections, You will make individual decisions on quality issues and promote process reliability in the long term
• As part of your role, you will support the creation and evaluation of 8D reports in the event of complaints and consistently monitor the effectiveness of corrective measures introduced
• You will be responsible for preparing and conducting internal and external audits and regularly updating the existing quality management system and the applicable quality policy
• Finally, you will be responsible for calibration, maintenance and procurement of measuring equipment and successfully carry out internal training on the QA system for all departments involved

• You have completed training as a materials tester (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d) and successfully completed further training as a quality specialist (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in quality management in a manufacturing company, ideally in metal processing, and are very familiar with the current standards
• You have a sound knowledge of programming and operating measuring machines as well as using CAQ systems and common MS Office applications in your daily work
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English, in order to communicate professionally with international suppliers and customers
• You have a valid work permit and residence in Germany in order to be able to carry out the activities without legal restrictions and are ready for a long-term perspective
• Furthermore, you have a high sense of responsibility and assertiveness, whereby you always maintain an overview of the quality targets even in stressful situations
• Finally, you are team-oriented and work in an extremely precise and structured manner in order to reliably fulfil our customers' high product quality requirements at all times
