Job description

  • You will be responsible for the comprehensive quality control of incoming packaging material and outgoing finished goods to ensure the highest standards for the customer:
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the detailed analysis and sustainable processing of internal and external quality problems within the entire logistics process chain
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the continuous development and consistent implementation of targeted quality improvement measures to increase general efficiency in day-to-day operations
  • The technical implementation of internal audits and support for external certifications by partners:internal is also one of your central and responsible tasks
  • as part of your job, you will support the proactive development of modern key figure management for the objective evaluation and control of the relevant quality factors in the company
  • finally, you will be responsible for the documentation of all audit results and ensure that all legal and operational requirements are precisely met at all times

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) with a technical understanding
  • In addition, you have specialist training in the field of quality management and have sound knowledge of the application of common test methods and standards
  • You are confident in the common MS Office applications and have experience in dealing with modern warehouse management systems.applications as well as experience in dealing with modern warehouse management systems characterise your daily work
  • German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written form are essential for the preparation of documentation and communication with suppliers:
  • Furthermore, you have a high sense of responsibility and a strong analytical ability to identify sources of error in complex logistical processes
  • Finally, you are an absolute team player and always work in a structured and solution-oriented manner to optimise internal quality standards for customer satisfaction
