• You will be responsible for the continuous implementation, strategic maintenance and targeted further development of the existing QM systems in accordance with the applicable ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and SCC-VAZ standards
• In addition, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of your team in quality assurance and promote a team-oriented and performance-oriented working atmosphere
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for correspondence with customers and suppliers:As the central point of contact for all quality-related issues, you ensure sustainable and trusting cooperation
• The independent preparation and successful implementation of internal system audits, external surveillance audits and demanding certification audits are also part of your regular and responsible tasks
• As part of your job, you support the analysis of internal errors and customer complaints, develop effective corrective measures and ensure their sustainable effectiveness throughout the entire company
• Furthermore, you will support the detailed planning and professional execution of acceptance tests in the field of tank construction and specialised corrosion protection directly on site
• Finally, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance with legal requirements in accordance with DGR 2014/68/EU and coordinating the necessary documentation processes for a complete quality history of all products

• You have completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d) or metalworker (m/f/d) with mandatory further training as a welding technician (m/f/d) or industrial foreman (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in a managerial role within quality management, ideally in a manufacturing company with a focus on metal construction or surface technology
• You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications as well as specialised CAQ software or ERPsystems for the documentation of test results and quality key figures
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and good technical language skills are essential for internal and external communication with all parties involved
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of willingness to travel for occasional business trips and a valid driving licence for on-site appointments with customers:
• Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and work in an absolutely reliable, structured manner with a strong awareness of safety-related issues and high quality standards
