• You process customer and supplier complaints and implement immediate measures to prevent errors in production
• In the case of quality-related issues, you look after series products and carry out in-process inspections and regular run checks
• You decide on the further use of suspected faulty materials in the blocked warehouse and pass on complaint costs to external parties
• You implement methodical specifications from 4D and 8D reports; relevant standards (IATF 16949, EN ISO 9001:2015, VDA 6.1, 6.3) you monitor
• you support customers and suppliers, accompany internal and external audits and carry out defective part analyses (NTF)
• updating quality-relevant documents (e.g. defect catalogues) and participating in the process FMEA are also part of your area of responsibility

• Your experience in quality assurance will quickly familiarise you with the processes
• You will naturally use your German language skills and valid working papers
