Job description

  • You will play a key role in the detailed review and approval of manufacturing documentation to ensure compliance of all processes to strict specifications
  • You will ensure the professional batch record review within the required timeframes and according to the set quality specifications, to ensure the smooth release of the batches produced
  • You actively support the processing of internal deviations and are significantly involved in the creation of important change requests and CAPA measures in the area of documentation
  • You monitor the implementation of approved measures and work continuously on the sustainable improvement of complex work processes and documents, to achieve long-term process optimisation in quality management
  • As part of your role, you will support the timely archiving of all quality-relevant documents and ensure the availability of documents for official inspections or audits at all times
  • Finally, you will be responsible for maintaining the master data in the digital document management system and act as a competent contact person for all specialist departments for questions regarding the correct logging of production steps

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or chemical laboratory assistant (m/f/d) and have a strong awareness of quality
  • In addition, you have initial sound professional experience in the field of documentation review or quality assurance, ideally in a regulated environment such as the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
  • You are particularly well versed in common IT applications and MS Office programs and are confident in using digital document management systems
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for processing international documentation standards, which is essential for daily communication
  • You also have a high level of organisational talent and strong communication skills, to work effectively with different departments and the customers involved:
