Quality management employee (m/f/d)

• Annual salary of 55,000 - 70.000 depending on experience

• You are responsible for the implementation and further development of our quality management system (QMS) in the company
• In doing so, you monitor compliance with legal regulations, international standards (e.g. HACCP, ISO FSSC 22.000, IFS) and our internal quality guidelines
• You carry out internal audits, prepare external audits and ensure that all requirements are met
• You also recognise weaknesses in our processes and develop measures for continuous improvement and train and support your colleagues in all matters relating to quality assurance
• You take care of the creation and maintenance of quality documentation (e.g. process instructions, test plans, quality management).
• You will also work closely with production, the warehouse and other departments to guarantee product quality at all times
• You will analyse complaints and assist with root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective measures

• You have completed training in the food sector, e.g. as a food technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
