- You supervise and further develop quality assurance processes
- You also maintain certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, 50001, 45001, 14001) up to date
- You maintain and optimise the M-system as well as internal processes and work instructions
- You define and monitor quality indicators
- You are responsible for planning and accompanying internal and external audits
- You are responsible for quality awareness within the company
- You take responsibility for the management systems and are the technical contact person
- If necessary, you carry out risk analyses and prepare status reports for management and the executive board
Requirements
- You have a technical or commercial qualification, ideally as a quality manager (m/f/d) or state-certified technician (m/f/d)
- You have experience in the offshore sector and are familiar with offshore structures
- ITP and the offshore standard EN 1090-2/-3 are familiar to you
- several years of experience in quality management are an advantage
- good to very good written and spoken English skills are desirable
- reliability and the ability to work in a team speak in your favour
