Job description
- You will be responsible for the professional supervision of individual quality assurance processes and ensure complete documentation and compliance with all internal standards at all times
- In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance of certifications of relevant management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 50001 as well as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- In addition, you are responsible for the continuous maintenance of the QM system and make necessary adjustments to internal processes, procedures, test and work instructions as well as QA plans
- The adaptation of quality checkpoints and quality gates is also part of your tasks, to ensure continuous optimisation of production processes and error-free handover
- as part of your role, you will support the professional collection of quality indicators and actively contribute to promoting quality awareness within the workforce through appropriate measures
- you will also independently plan and organise internal and external audits and coordinate internal and external audits. and external audits and, in this context, also coordinate the implementation of the company suggestion scheme for process improvement
- Finally, you are responsible for the technical support of all quality assurance measures and act as a competent contact person for all departments involved in the project with regard to the applicable quality specifications
Requirements
- You have successfully completed technical or commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), construction mechanic (m/f/d) or technical product designer (m/f/d)
- You have already gained several years of professional experience in the field of quality management and are confident in dealing with the common ISO standards within an industrial company
- Your IT skills in the common MS Office applications as well as in specific QM software systems are well-founded, so that you can create documentation and key figure analyses with absolute certainty and precision
- Your German language skills at native speaker level, both written and spoken, as well as a good command of English are essential for internal and external communication with all parties involved
- You have a valid work permit for Germany and a permanent residence in Germany, to ensure long-term cooperation and legally secure employment with our client
- You have specific experience in the offshore sector and are therefore very familiar with the special requirements and safety standards that apply to projects on the high seas
- Your team-oriented personality is characterised by a structured way of working, assertiveness and strong communication skills towards different hierarchical levels and customers
