• You will be responsible for the seamless monitoring of quality in ongoing production as well as the implementation of precise incoming goods inspections for all deliveries from subcontractors and raw material deliveries
• In addition, you will be responsible for the preparation of detailed initial sample inspection reports and consistently monitor compliance with worker self-inspection within production to ensure the highest standards
• Furthermore, you will supervise the implementation of outgoing goods inspections and create professional 8D reports for systematic error analysis and the initiation of sustainable corrective measures in the event of quality deviations

• You have completed training as a metal technology specialist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or tool mechanic (m/f/d) as well as further training as a quality specialist (m/f/d)
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in operational quality assurance in a manufacturing industrial company as well as comprehensive knowledge in the application of common measuring methods and the preparation of test reports
• You have a sound knowledge of programming and operating modern measuring machines as well as in dealing with ERP systems and common MS Office applications.systems and common MS Office applications characterise you in your daily work
• You have a native level of written and spoken German, to ensure that the documentation of test reports and communication with customers and suppliers is legally compliant
• You have a valid work permit and residence in Germany in order to be able to carry out the activities without legal restrictions and are willing to continuously develop the QM system
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of assertiveness and a sense of responsibility, in order to always be able to act competently and confidently as an authorised person in quality matters in relation to production
• Finally, you are resilient and work very precisely and in a structured manner, always focusing on the sustainability of the measures introduced and general process improvement
