    Job description

    • You deal with disruptive situations in the tenancy, e.g. neighbourhood conflicts, efficiently and in accordance with the law in close coordination with the customer advisor:
    • In the event of social or financial difficulties, such as rent arrears, debts or problems with benefit payments, you provide empathetic advice and support to tenants and arrange the necessary assistance in a targeted manner
    • You provide support with applications for cost sharing from care insurance funds, the SAB or other bodies, especially in the case of necessary housing adaptations
    • In the case of socially necessary relocations, you play a coordinating role and accompany tenants through all steps of the process
    • During complex renovation and modernisation measures in occupied buildings, you provide tenants with advice and ensure socially acceptable implementation
    • You also support the construction project management in dealing with sensitive or challenging discussion situations

    Requirements

    • You have completed training as a property manager (m/f/d), property specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
    • You have several years of experience in customer service and portfolio management
    • You have a sound knowledge of housing law and know how to apply it confidently
    • You are familiar with the social facilities and service providers of the state capital Dresden or you are ready to quickly familiarise yourself with local structures
    • With Word, Excel and Excel software, e.g. property management software, quickly familiarise yourself with the local structures

    • A class B driving licence is desirable so that you can also be mobile on site
