- You will be responsible for the comprehensive processing of complex business transactions in the area of receivables management with consistent application of the specific SAP IS-U software modules within your area of responsibility
- In addition, you will be responsible for the initiation and monitoring of court dunning proceedings and the coordination of all necessary steps within the framework of enforcement measures
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the legally compliant processing of insolvency proceedings and ensure the correct registration of outstanding claims with the responsible insolvency administrator through your careful examination
- The attendance of court hearings as well as direct communication with lawyers and bailiffs
- :and bailiffs to clarify outstanding legal issues are also part of your daily and responsible tasks
- as part of your work, you support the technical review of complaints for access and meticulously prepare all necessary documents for further legal proceedings
- finally, you are responsible for the continuous master data maintenance and documentation of all dunning steps in the system to ensure a transparent and complete history for all departments involved at all times
Requirements
- You have successfully completed training as a paralegal (m/f/d), office management assistant (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d) and have sound basic commercial knowledge
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in active receivables management or in a law firm, You have already been able to gain in-depth insights into the judicial dunning process
- Your confident knowledge in the application of the SAP IS-U industry module and in the use of common MS Office products characterise your daily work
- German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as a confident ability to express yourself in correspondence with courts and customers:
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of assertiveness and strong communication skills in order to always act professionally and in a solution-oriented manner, even in difficult negotiation situations
- Finally, you are an absolute team player and work in an extremely structured and independent manner, always maintaining the necessary care and overview even under deadline pressure
