Job description

  • You will be responsible for general administrative tasks
  • Operating the telephone switchboard and handling correspondence
  • Providing various information and processing invoices
  • Fleet management and scheduling round off your job profile

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have already gained your first professional experience in this field
  • Furthermore, you have knowledge of fleet management and are confident in using MS Office
  • Good English skills are an advantage for you
  • You are characterised by your independent, structured and conscientious way of working
