• You are the first point of contact for our customers and welcome them with a smile
• You are also responsible for customer management by coordinating registrations
• You record our customers and their orders in our SaniVision merchandise management system
• You are responsible for all organisational tasks for the reception

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have gained experience at reception
• You are confident in using MS Office
• Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
• Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
